Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you would like to forward mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
