Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
